Assin Central Member of Parliament, Hon Kennedy Agyapong has denied claims that he deals in drugs to make a living.

According to him, he is not surprised a lot of people beleive he trafficks cocaine because of “our poor mentality”.

Mr Kennedy told Captain Smart on Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem, Thursday, that he wasn’t born with a silver spoon in his mouth so he worked hard to earn his money.

“They don’t know the suffering I have been through. It is not about money but a good reputation. I have helped people. I have produce over 1000 graduates in my constituency. I sold chewing gums at the airport when I was striving to make money. Yes of course, I am a hustler…” he maintained.

He continued that, “My core mandate is to change people’s lives. I am stopping Anas otherwise he would take over Ghana…” Kennedy said.
