The wife of the renowned actor, Super OD, has disclosed that the CEO of Kenpong Group of Companies, Kennedy Agyapong, catered for her late husband till his death.
In an interview with Adom TV, Mary Nyarko disclosed that, the business tycoon respected Super OD as a father hence awarded him contracts so he could keep taking care of himself and family.

According to her, when OD went out of the movie industry, “he went into construction and started working with Kenpong who looked after him for over eight years and promised to do that till his death.”
She has therefore expressed her gratitude to individuals and institutions that also came forward to show love to Super OD when he needed Ghanaians the most, especially during his illness.
The actor died at the age of 84 leaving behind 13 children to uphold the legacy he marked in the Ghanaian movie industry.
Super OD, started acting in the 1970s and gained national prominence in the 1990s for roles in popular series, Akan Drama on Ghana Television.
He was part of the Oppong Drama Group which later became known as Osofo Dadzie Group.
