The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts (MoTCCA) has made the revised National Cultural Policy of Ghana publicly accessible following its official launch on June 9, 2026, at the National Theatre in Accra.
To promote wide dissemination and encourage stakeholder engagement, the Ministry has uploaded an electronic copy of the policy document on its official website, allowing free access to practitioners, researchers, and the general public.
The Ministry says the move is aimed at strengthening awareness, ensuring sector-wide implementation, and fostering transparency in the execution of Ghana’s cultural development agenda.
Officials explain that the initiative forms part of efforts under the “Black Star Experience” vision, which seeks to promote a more inclusive, collaborative, and forward-looking cultural sector.
MoTCCA further encouraged stakeholders and members of the public to actively engage with the document as part of a collective effort to build a stronger and more vibrant cultural identity for Ghana.
The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to openness and collaboration in advancing the country’s cultural policies for national development.
