In the interview, which took place on Accra-based FM station, Happy FM, eShun told the presenter blatantly that they were not dating.

When she was queried if Mr Mensah ever proposed to her, she denied saying it never happened.

Its not true he said he will marry me. We are not dating and we never did. I never dated Stephen. We worked for like five years and it was purely on professional basis, she said.

This comes as a surprise to many on social media because they cannot fathom the truth out of her latest allegation leveled against Mr Mensah where she said he abused her in their intimate relationship.

She further alleged that her ex-manager took all of her monies and left her stranded.

According to eShun, she thought they were close to being married, hence the decision to allow Mr Mensah to manage her financial account but she was disappointed in the end.

eShun mentioned in an interview her career was almost ruined by her ex-manager who was her fiance.

She also alleged she did not receive any penny from their dealings, adding her social media accounts were taken from her.

To eShun, since her ex-manager was the man of the house, she had no problem leaving him to her finances but only realised her mistakes after their relationship ended on a sour note.

However, reacting to eShun’s claim he took her social media accounts from her, ex-manager Stephen Mensah, explained he negotiated with the singer but she failed to play her part of the bargain.

“When I met eShun in 2015, I had to create an account I could handle for her. I did all the work, branded the page and invested $200 per month on her Instagram account alone.

“I gave her access to the Instagram page I created to manage her upon her request, I also demanded she paid something so I could use to defray some costs I incurred managing her but things didn’t go well,” he added.

Mr Mensah, in an interview with Happy FM, said posterity will reveal who the real culprit is.

“It is one of the casualties that happen in life. What do I do? Do I come and put the real issues out there, what will it do? Am I happy about the kind of things she said about me; no. So I will leave it to posterity. I believe in the God I serve and nature should deal with me,” he said painfully.

One of her revelations that has surprised many of her fans is the allegation that all of the funds she received from her online streams and performances from shows went directly into her ex-manager, Stephen Mensah’s bank account.

It was an intimate relationship hoping to lead to something better. I didn’t have any problem with him taking my money, she told blogger Zionfelix.

According to eShun, she opted out of the relationship because her ex-lover allegedly tortured and abused her emotionally.

She added that there were instances where he allegedly used pastors to deceive her to stay in his life because she no longer wanted to continue the relationship with him.

The singer, narrating how it all happened, said Mr Mensah wanted her to move in with him but she wasn’t willing because they had not tied the knot officially.

The ‘Someone Loves Me’ hitmaker added that, she had to open up about the whole saga to push women who are suffering like her to come out of abusive relationships.

After a year and over I realised I couldn’t stay. He wanted me to leave with him in his house. He was in Cape and I was in Accra. I loved him so I moved in with him.

But I slept in hotels so I pressured him to look for a place for me and the first argument was that he was fed up and wanted me to stay with him so we know if we are more compatible but I said no because its not the way things are done.
