The incident, which has left the community in utter disbelief, occurred in a secluded area and came to light when vigilant locals stumbled upon the scene.

Eyewitnesses recounted the disturbing sight of the man, whose identity remains undisclosed, in a compromising position with the donkey. Horrified by what they saw, they wasted no time alerting the authorities.

Law enforcement swiftly responded to the distress call and apprehended the suspect on the spot. ZRP officers immediately took the man into custody and charged him with bestiality.

The shocking nature of the incident has sent shockwaves through the tight-knit community of Mvurwi, with residents expressing a mixture of shock, outrage, and disgust.

Such behaviour is not only illegal but also deeply disturbing, violating the moral and ethical standards upheld by society.

The suspect, who is a farmer, has been granted bail with charges of unnatural carnal knowledge.

The Nkwanta South Divisional Police Command confirmed this to Adom News.

According to the police, residents in the community hinted that the suspect was having sex with their goat and reported the case to the police, leading to the suspect’s arrest.

Adom News’ Obrempongba Owusu also gathered that this is not the first time the suspect has been caught in the act, forcing his pregnant wife to dump him

He has since been granted bail by the Nkwanta police after he denied the allegation to allow further investigation into the matter.

However, speaking with the mother, Ndebechie Atta, she said the allegations against her sons were frivolous and lies.

She admitted that though her son was once caught in the act of having sex with a goat, the recent one is not true.

The frustrated mother accused the complainant of hating his son without any evidence.

The incident occurred at Akoi Allah, a farming community in the Atwima Mponua District of the Asante Region, which sees such an act as an abomination.

Reports gathered indicate that he was caught in the act by a farmer who was working along the area.

After his cover blew, Azeez is said to have fled the scene leaving behind his slippers and bicycle. The items have been retrieved for evidential purposes.

After initially denying the allegations, parents of Azeez are said to have handed him over to traditional authoritis after suspecting he was connected to the case.

Azeez’s parent became confident when he could not ascertain the whereabouts of his slippers and the bicycle he had rented.

The unit committee chairman of the area, Yousif Yikuri, who spoke to Adom News’ Augustine Boah said he later confessed to the crime and has been fined a sheep and GHS 1,500.00.

He was arrested after the goat owner caught him red-handed, half-naked while penetrating the goat.

The goat owner heard her pet making weird sounds at about 1:30 pm and she went to see what was wrong.

When the 45-year-old woman got to the goat, she found a half-naked man climb off and back away from the animal before running off.

The goat later died from its injuries after the vile assault in Kampung Sungai Buaya near the capital city of Kuala Lumpar.

Fortunately, the woman recognised her goat’s rapist and reported him to the Serendah police station at 6.24pm on the same evening.

The manhunt for the goat killer ended with officers tracking him to a hiding place, amongst hedge-growth.

Hulu Selangor police chief Arsad Kamaruddin confirmed that a 60-year-old man had been arrested in relation to the goat’s death.

Arsad Kamaruddin said: “The suspect was found in the bushes and arrested in Jalan Tengah, Kg Sg Buaya, at 10:50am today (July 28).”

He will be taken to the sessions court in Kuala Kubu Baru for a remand application to facilitate the investigation under Sections 377 and 289 of the Penal Code, he added.

“A forensic unit and Kuala Kubu Baru Veterinary Department team were sent to the scene to conduct an investigation,” a source said.

“The body of the goat was sent to the department’s laboratory for analysis and autopsy.”

The woman emotionally made her accusation before Isaac Cluley was sentenced for his “unusual” offending.

The 23-year-old pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to one count of sexual penetration of a living animal last August.

He also admitted possessing extreme pornography, relating to mobile phone footage of the pony and two obscene and perverted images downloaded from the internet.

Leicester Crown Court was told Cluley was prosecuted in 2016 for an earlier offence of having sex with a different horse – when he was given a community order.

Andrew Fitch-Holland, prosecuting, said a friend of the defendant’s chanced upon the video when borrowing his phone last summer.

Cluley was drunk at the time and the concerned friend wanted to phone his mother – and was shocked to see the footage with the pony.

The police then became involved.

Cluley, described as having learning difficulties, was in “considerable distress” following his arrest and officers were concerned for his wellbeing.

The defendant told them: “I want help with my mental health, it’s why I’ve been drinking more lately.”

The horse’s owner attended court to read a personal impact statement.

She said she purchased the Shetland 10 years ago for her five year-old-son, and the two had grown up together.

Before being informed of the incident by the police, she said she suspected her horses had been “frightened in some way” in their field because of a noticeable change in their behaviour – particularly the small 10 hands high Shetland mare.

The pony was unusually fearful and nervous and suddenly began acting threateningly towards her teenage son, as if to kick him.

Sobbing with emotion, she spoke of the distress caused to her family and the expense of having to install a £286 CCTV field camera to watch her animals grazing, in the Leicester area.

A veterinary forensic examination of the pony cost her £60.

The Shetland is now kept locked in a stable overnight, when it was used to being outdoors, as the offence is thought to have happened in the early hours.

Now 21 years old, the suspect was paraded by the traditional council’s committee set up to investigate the allegations made by the victim’s friend and long-distance grandfather.

According to the sole witness of the incident, he was on his way to attend nature’s call when he heard a strange noise from the sheep’s pen.

The increasing noise and disarray, he said, triggered his curiosity to ‘storm’ the pen, only to find the suspect pants down.

Despite not catching him exactly in the act, the witness stated he needed confirmation of his suspicion and examined the suspect with a torchlight, which led to the discovery of sheep fiber around the suspect’s manhood.

The suspect, however, swore heaven and earth he had no relations whatsoever with the animal when asked to defend himself at the committee meeting.

The lad, in a bid to enjoy his youthful exuberance, clarified he was waiting for his then 15-year-old lover in the pen and was smoking some rolls in preparation for a quick romp with her.

The incident, which should have been forgotten after five years, still breaks the suspect’s heart, especially since he lost another relationship recently over the tag residents have placed on him.

“When the incident happened, nobody believed me, especially because of the people who made the allegation. Since then till this very moment, whenever I am strolling in the vicinity, they call me an animal rapist. I have to find a lasting solution, that’s why I want to prove my innocence,” he told Nyhira FM‘s Ewiase Mu Nsem.

Mr Bempah was humiliated in the Wassa East District after reports were made by another resident, Kwaku Charles that he had been involved in a sexual ‘congress’ with a pregnant dog.

In an interview with Adom News‘ Serwaa Prempeh, a linguist of Apatim, Nana Ampomah Anokye, said he gave an immediate order for the messengers to drag him to the Council.

After a brief interrogation, Mr Bempah conceded to the obscene act which he said happened in the bush.

According to Mr Anokye, having sex with a human being in the farm, forest, riverside or bush is a taboo in the community, let alone an animal.

For this, the Council reached a decision that Mr Bempah be fined GH¢ 500.00 for sacred rituals to purify him from any impending wrath of the gods as well serve as compensation.

That notwithstanding, owner of the dog is also demanding that Mr Bempah takes in the dog as a wife.

Richmond Atta who hails from Asotwe, near Ejisu, was caught in the act by some youth at about 8 p.m. on Thursday, at Ayigya ECOWAS.

The sheep wobbled soon after the act and died whilst being carried to the police station.

He is said to have confessed to the act.

The arrest of Atta drew a large crowd to the area as angry residents attempted to attack him.

An eyewitness, Prince Amankwaa spotted Atta and an accomplice chased after the sheep in the dark whilst fetching water to bath.

Alarmed by the actions of the two, Amankwaa laid ambush to troll the two who soon succeeded in capturing one of the sheep.

“I saw one person drag a sheep behind a wooden structure. I followed up only to see him pull his shorts down to have sex with the animal…He was speechless when I confronted him. I then warned him not to move or I hit him with a stone. So I marched him to the crowd whilst, holding him by the neck from behind,” he said in Twi.

According to Amankwaa who was at the KNUST Police station to give a statement, semen was found on the sheep as the suspect admitted the offence.

“He admitted having sex with the sheep. We also found semen on the animal.”

It took the intervention of the owner of the sheep, Otukpei Wuda and his senior brother, Dotsey Wuda to prevent the mob from attacking the suspect whom they marched to the police station as he carried the sheep shoulder high.

The carcass of the animal was left at the KNUST Police station until Friday morning when police asked the owners to bury it.

Meanwhile, police sources say the suspect who remains in custody, could be charged for animal cruelty.
