Former High Commissioner to India, Sam Pee Yalley has described as “incestuous” members of the party who are purported to have been selected to serve on the various Committees of the impending Congress.
He explained that, the list is full of the same people who have done everything and every time for the Party since time.

The former High Commissioner to India in a letter also questioned why the NDC General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketiais chairman of the committee.
“You are contesting elections as a General Secretary, would it not have been better to use some time to address your Campaign issue?” he quizzed.
Mr. Pee Yalley stresssed that, “l must tell you that ab initio the selection is in such a bad taste and objectionable”.

Dear General Secretary,
l am writing to you as the incumbent General Secretary of the Party
I have seen a list of members of the party who are purported to have been selected to serve on the various Committees of the impending Congress circulating on Social Media,
Sir, if the list is authentic then,
l must tell you that ab initio the selection is in such a bad taste and objectionable
My reason for saying this can not be far fetched

First and foremost the list is too incestuous. Meaning the list is full of the same people who have done everything and every time for the Party since time.
Does this not give the impression that the Party has not got any other persons who can be assigned any responsible roles ?
Secondly the list is pregnant with persons who are seemingly indispensable.
This is awful, How can the same people serve on more than one Committee.
In strategic management we call this phenomenon inefficiency chain
Can’t you realise that the Party now has a lot of talented youth who can do better than these tired horses?
You are contesting elections as a General Secretary , would it not have been better to use some time to address your Campaign issue?
By presiding many Committees of the Congress don’t you think you are sacrificing your efficiency and at a point be seen as a judge in your course?
What is your Deputy General Secretary doing ?
Now let me advice that the NDC has several other talents outside the scope of your selection
For example you must be aware that there are a lot of professionals who have rolled their sleeves and are contributing to support the Party?
Why do you fish from a saturated fish pond when you have the whole sea full of fishes
In my candid opinion your Deputy General Secretary and other members of the current National Executived should be assigned more responsibilities too to make the Congress a big success,
Kindly withdraw the list and do broader consultations

I must add finally that we shall resist any payment as Sitting or any allowances for any member who sits on these Committees
