Some members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) have vandalised the Yilo Krobo constituency party office at Somanya in the Eastern region.
The disgruntled members took the action to halt the balloting of positions for the party’s parliamentary aspirants.
They destroyed office equipment, office documents, glass door and other property of the party.

Speaking in an interview with Adom News, the Constituency Chairman, Narh Agbo stated he was in his farm when he heard of the violent attack at the party’s office.
Meanwhile, Police in Somanya have visited the crime scene and have launched investigations into the matter.
