Olive Holdings has acquired two of Ghana’s iconic textile brands, GTP and Woodin, in a landmark transaction aimed at strengthening the future of the country’s fashion and textile industry.
The acquisition was supported by Africa Fashions Partners, with Prime Chartered Accountants serving as the financial and tax adviser to Olive Holdings.
In announcing the transaction, Prime Chartered Accountants described the deal as a landmark development involving the two long-established Ghanaian brands, GTP, established in 1962, and Woodin, established in 1969.
The firm said it was proud to have supported Olive Holdings in the acquisition, highlighting the significance of the transaction to Ghana’s fashion and textile ecosystem.
