English model, actress, and businesswoman, Naomi Campbell was part of the tall list of celebrities who visited Accra for the maiden edition of Africa Netpreneur Summit.
The Summit, which happened over the weekend at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) was attended by President Akufo-Addo and other leading global entrepreneurs.
Ms Campbell took to her Instagram page after interacting with President Akufo-Addo and billionaire Jack Ma to say, “this is such a great platform for young Entrepreneurs on the Great continent of Africa.”
The photo she posted saw her clad in an African print with a moon-carved smile as she posed in-between the First Man of Ghana and the owner of the Jack Ma Foundation and the Alibaba Group.
Naomi Campbell was earlier in Ghana as part of some A-listed celebrities such as Anthony Anderson, Boris Kodjoe, Idris Elba, Kofi Kingston, Adrienne-Joi Johnson and Steve Harvey for the Year of Return initiative.
The Africa Netpreneur Prize Initiative is Jack Ma’s flagship entrepreneur program in Africa led by the Jack Ma Foundation.
The program will host a grand finale pitch competition in Africa where ten finalists from across the continent will compete for a share of US$1 million in total grant prize money.
