Medeama SC President Moses Armah Parker has confirmed that the club will host its CAF Champions League matches at the TNA Stadium following their Ghana Premier League triumph.

The Yellow and Mauve secured qualification for Africa’s elite club competition after clinching the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League title, marking another milestone in the club’s history.

Speaking after Medeama’s coronation ceremony, Armah Parker praised the club’s supporters for their role in the title-winning campaign and emphasized the importance of bringing continental football to Tarkwa.

“For the first time, we are bringing Champions League football to Tarkwa. This edifice is the best from GoldFields. It’s FIFA standard and will host CAF Champions League football,” he said.

The Medeama president also set ambitious targets ahead of the continental campaign, insisting the Tarkwa-based side is aiming beyond participation.

“We will qualify for the group stage, and this time we need to do more,” he declared.

Medeama sealed only the second Ghana Premier League title in the club’s history with a commanding 5-2 victory over Heart of Lions.

The upcoming campaign will mark the second time Medeama will represent Ghana in continental football as they seek to improve on their previous CAF Champions League outing.
