Former National Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kofi Adams, has revealed what he says is the soft spot of former President Jerry John Rawlings.

Speaking on Joy Prime’s morning show on Monday, the politician said his first ever encounter with the former president was after a mammoth students’ demonstration in 1995.

“Our very first encounter happened in a 1995 students’ demonstration led by me and some colleagues, we demonstrated because students were being affected by a lot of issues,” he said.

“We poured out our grievances to President Rawlings who calmly listened to us and comforted us, he went on to assure us that all issues affecting us will be dealt with and he delivered on his promise,” he added.
