A member of the communications team of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Yaw Preko has urged the members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to ‘keep quiet’ and learn the art of governance from the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Several communicators of the party have lamented that the economy under the Nana Addo led administration is worse than what pertained during the administration of President John Mahama.

The communicators including Agbesi Nutsu argue that the President has only become a talks shop and arena of complains about the activities of the previous administration.

But the NPP communicator speaking on Adom FM’s Morning Show, ‘Dwaso Nsem’ Wednesday said he is shocked at the comments coming from members of the NDC.

The shock, he said stems from the fact that the NDC when offered the opportunity to govern superintended over acts of corruption which led to the country losing several millions of Ghana cedis.

The economy, he added, was also mismanaged leading to untold hardships being visited on the citizenry.

These factors, he said formed part of the reasons that informed their massive rejection in the 2016 polls; he therefore urged them to sit back and learn good governance from Nana Addo.

“Ghanaians voted against the level of corruption that was happening under Mahama, I wonder why instead of sitting behind and learning to rule, they are sitting outside and pissing in…,” he said.

He however assured Ghanaians that Nana Addo’s government will offer the ‘best governance to the many that reposed their confidence in the NPP.’
