Ghanaian rapper Darryl Paa Kwesi Bannerman-Martin, popularly known as Joey B, says he is a very religious person in spite of his association with secular music.
According to the rapper who wants to collaborate with gospel musician Joe Mettle, he goes to church every Sunday to exalt the name of his maker.

He added that he is currently attending a church where the congregants see him as no celebrity.
Joey made these statements in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM.

“I go to church every Sunday; I feel comfortable with them because they see me every Sunday and are used to me. Sometimes, I go to St Theresa parish in Dansoman,” he said.
