Ace undercover investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas has once again released an explosive investigative piece implicating some corrupt police officers in Ghana.
The “Bad Cops”, is one of a three part series of an investigative project titled “Ghana’s Soul Takers” documentary released by the Tiger Eye PI.
It reveals the role played by some police officers at various instances to contribute to various forms of chaos and indiscipline that occurs on Ghana’s highways.
In a fifteen minute-documentary, Anas and his team of investigative journalists at the blind side of actors caught on camera some police officers especially personnel of the Police Motor Traffic and Transport Department whose conducts bring the hard worn reputation of the service into disrepute.
The Ghana Police Services’ motor is “Service With Integrity.”
‘Ghana’s Soul Takers’ which aims at uncovering the artificial causes of avoidable deaths and carnage on the road in Ghana also zooms into the rot at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority(DVLA), and how some corrupt officials procure license for cripples, madmen, minors, among others for cash.
Anas is well known for his unique undercover investigations, has exposed many public officials in Ghana and Africa with the mantra of name, shame and jail.
Expose’ on corruption in Ghana’s judiciary in an investigative piece dubbed “Ghana under the Eyes of God”, was responsible for the dismissal of some judges and judiciary service staff.
