Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Frederick Freduah Antoh says women in the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) are all “thieves”.
“NDC officials are thieves, especially the women in the party which resulted in their defeat, F.F Antoh told host of Adom FM’s Burning Issues, Afia Pokua on Wednesday.
He cited a former Minister of Transport, Dzifa Attivor, who resigned over the controversial GHC 3.6m bus re-branding contract saga to buttress his point.
According to him, Dzifa Attivor’s statement that NPP will prosecute NDC officials if it wins elections it’s a clear indication that they are corrupt.

In a rebuttal, National Women’s Organizer of the NDC, Hajia Joyce Mahama debunked claims by the NPP’s chair.
She stated that the NDC lost the elections because of the superfluous campaign promises by then opposition NPP.
Joyce Mahama stressed that the party did their best to ensure it retain power but it was the doing of the Lord.
She added that the NDC will bounce back in 2020 to defeat the ruling NPP because they gave empty promises to Ghanaians which they can’t deliver it ambitious promises.
