An elated second year junior high school pupil, Konney Cindy, sharing her excitement said her hope of becoming a flight attendant has been given a boost by Hewalenamo

Hewalenamo Girls Incorporated, a non-profit organisation, has pledged its commitment to impact the lives of young Ghanaian girls.

The organisation, which seeks to ensure children from deprived areas are given the opportunity to nurture their dreams through exposure since its existence, has worked effectively towards its mandate.

Speaking in an interview with Joy News after a tour with some young girls from Jamestown to the Kotoka International Airport, Director of Hewalenamo Girls Incorporated, Robert Acquaye, said it was part of efforts to inspire the young ones.

“I believe the tour is an alternative learning opportunities for the children as they were taken through the processes required before boarding the aircraft and disembarking,” he said confidently.

Meanwhile, an elated second year junior high school pupil, Konney Cindy, sharing her excitement said her hope of becoming a flight attendant has been given a boost by Hewalenamo.

Others, Rachel Nartey and Jocelyn, primary five pupils of the Ebenezer Presby School also described the tour as being educative and fulfilling.
