Manufacturers of of the GTP and Woodin textile brands, Tex Styles Ghana Ltd, has paid a courtesy call on the newly enstooled Asantehemaa, Nana Yaa Akyaa II, to congratulate her and wish her well for her reign.
The visit took place on Friday, September 11.
During the visit, Tex Styles Ghana spoke on the importance of traditional leadership and Ghana’s cultural heritage, noting that its GTP brand supports efforts to preserve and promote Ghanaian traditions and cultural institutions.
The company was also hopeful that Nana Yaa Akyaa II’s reign would be marked by wisdom, strength and service to the Asante Kingdom and Ghana as a whole.
The delegation was led by the company’s Head of Sales, Kwesi Baiden, and included the Regional Manager for Kumasi along with some of the company’s distributors based in the city.
