Job seekers have been cautioned against a purported recruitment advert circulating in the name of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), with a warning graphic describing it as a scam.
The advert claims to offer employment opportunities to qualified and motivated Ghanaians in areas including music, fashion design, art, driving, catering and woodwork.
However, in a Facebook post, GRA shared a graphic carrying a “SCAM” warning that urges applicants to be cautious and verify recruitment information through the GRA’s official channels.
The notice advises interested applicants to visit the Authority’s official website, www.gra.gov.gh, for recruitment details and instructions on how to apply when vacancies are available.
It also encourages job seekers to rely on the official recruitment portal rather than unverified adverts when seeking employment opportunities with the Authority.
The warning comes as a reminder to applicants to verify the authenticity of recruitment announcements before submitting personal information or acting on claims of available jobs.
