Ghana’s Vice-President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has lashed out at the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and urged the party to “drop the hypocrisy” with their bogus claims of economic hardship under the Akufo-Addo-led administration.
The reaction of the Vice President followed the NDC’s active involvement in the Coalition of Social Justice-led ‘Kum Yen Preko’ demonstration on Tuesday in protest against insecurity and economic hardship in Ghana.

In a tweet in response to the demonstration, Dr Bawumia compiled some promises fulfilled by the government vis-à-vis the failures of the Mahama government.
