Ghanaians thought they had seen it all when surgical masks, N95 respirator and homemade cloth face masks became the norm following coronavirus outbreak.

That cannot be the case as the drama is not yet over with a new type of reusable cloth nose mask finding its way into the system.

The ‘duck mask’, as it is called, borrowed its name from the beak of a duck which is broad and flat and has rows of fine notches along the edge.

The ‘duck mask’ is long enough to allow free access to air to and from the mask.
