A building in the Accra Ridge branch of the Coconut Groove Regency Hotel is currently in flames, Adomonline.com can confirm.
Maxwell Kudekor reported that the fire started from the offices of Amansan TV.
Three fire tenders have been unable to put off the fire.
The building that was gutted by fire houses the Business Television Africa (BTA), Amansan Television (ATV), Gold Coast Securities and a branch of the GN Bank.
The hotel is owned by the politician cum business mogul.
Eyewitnesses say the fire started around 4:00pm Saturday but Fire Service officers failed to respond on time.
Three fire tenders that later responded complained of shortage of water.
