Aspiring National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Boakye Agyarko, has met with the North East Regional Council of Elders and Patrons, constituency executives, and other key party stakeholders as part of efforts to secure support for his bid ahead of the 2028 elections.
The engagement formed part of his campaign tour aimed at sharing his vision for rebuilding and strengthening the party ahead of the 2028 general elections.

Mr. Agyarko reiterated his commitment to party unity, discipline, improved welfare, and strategic reforms to reposition the NPP for electoral victory.

He also reaffirmed his readiness to work closely with the party’s leadership, including Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and other stakeholders, to build a strong and effective campaign machinery for the 2028 polls.

Speaking on behalf of the regional party leadership, the North East Regional Chairman, Chairman Fuseini Nurudeen, assured Hon. Agyarko of the region’s support and commended his loyalty and long-standing service to the party.

Mr. Agyarko expressed gratitude to the regional leadership, elders, patrons, constituency executives, and grassroots members for their warm reception and support, pledging to continue engaging stakeholders as part of his campaign to reposition the party for victory.
