Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has wished President Akufo-Addo a happy birthday on social media on the president’s 75th birthday.
Dr Bawumia asked God to give Akufo-Addo long life to transform the lives of Ghanaians positively.

“My wife Samira Bawumia, our family and I wish H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo a happy 75th birthday. A true leader, an icon and distinguished statesman.
“May Allah grant you long life and good health to continue to lead the transformation agenda of Ghana,” he posted on Facebook.
President Akufo-Addo is currently out of the country for an official visit to Malta and is expected to return on March 30, 2019.

He was accompanied by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, Minister for Trade and Industry, Alan Kyerematen, and officials of the Presidency and Foreign Ministry.
