A 30-year-old woman, Adwoa Dzigbodzi, is fighting for her life at Adansi Obonsu Health Centre after she was beaten to pulp by her husband.
The suspect, Kwaku Ansah, claimed his wife has been having an amorous relationship with a man in the area.

The incident occurred at Asaman-Nyadoam in the Assin Fosu Municipality of the Central region.
Assembly member for the area, Elvis Boateng who spoke to Adom News said the victim was unconscious with blood oozing from her left ear when he got to the house.
The suspect, Kwaku Ansah, however, bolted when he noticed his wife was unconscious.

The case has been reported to the Assin Ewusem police who have mounted a manhunt for the suspect.
