The family of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has responded to growing pregnancy rumours surrounding the actress, months after reports of a strained relationship and separation from her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.
The rumours gained fresh attention after Regina was recently spotted at Nwoko’s residence, where she was seen spending time with her children.
Netizens also pointed out her protruding tummy they speculated to be pregnancy.
Her appearance quickly triggered speculation on social media that the actress could have reconciled with the senator and was possibly expecting another child with him.
However, Regina’s younger sister, Destiny Daniels, has dismissed the pregnancy claims, explaining that she had simply gained weight.
She also debunked that the actress’ presence at Nwoko’s residence should not be interpreted as a return to the marriage.
In a post on her Instagram Story, Destiny said Regina was only granted permission to visit her children and urged the public to stop drawing conclusions about her sister’s personal life based on the viral footage.
“Y’all should chill. She was granted a visit to see her children just last night. No, she’s not pregnant either; it’s called putting on weight. She’s still very much single for now,” she wrote.
Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko married in 2019 and have two children together. Their relationship has attracted considerable public attention, particularly since reports of problems in the marriage emerged in 2025.
Their subsequent appearances, statements and social media activity have repeatedly triggered speculation about the state of their relationship.
