Ghanaian dancehall artiste Ara-B has announced his return to active music after staying away from the industry for the past two years.
In a lengthy social media post, the artiste revealed that he deliberately turned down bookings and refunded payments for engagements he had already accepted as he took time away from the public eye.
According to Ara-B, the decision was part of a personal purpose he had set for himself, which he said was still unfolding.
He explained that during the two-year period, he did not release music or grant interviews, choosing instead to remain away from the industry while focusing on what he described as a bigger mission.
Ara-B said he is now returning with renewed and powerful energy, attributing his comeback to God and the guidance he has received during his period away.
He thanked his family and a few close individuals who continued to support him despite his absence.
Declaring himself “fully active” again, the artiste said he is now open for business and ready to resume his career.
