Tourism Minister Abla Dzifa Gomashie to account for stewardship at Government Accountability Series

The Minister for Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts, Abla Dzifa Gomashie, is set to appear at the Government Accountability Series to provide an update on developments in the tourism, culture and creative arts sector.

The session, scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026, will provide the Minister with an opportunity to outline the government’s activities and initiatives in the sector and account for her stewardship since assuming office.

The announcement was made by the Minister for Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, in a social media post said the programme is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026.

According to Mr Kwakye Ofosu, the Minister will take participants through “a deep dive” into happenings within the tourism, culture and creative arts sector.

The Government Accountability Series is part of the government’s efforts to provide updates on its policies, programmes and achievements while allowing ministers to account to the public.

The engagement is expected to touch on key developments in Ghana’s tourism industry, cultural initiatives and efforts to promote and strengthen the creative arts sector.
