The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced a four-day maintenance exercise that will affect power supply in several Accra West communities.
The works are scheduled from Monday, August 10 to Thursday, August 13, with outages expected daily between 9am and 5pm.
According to ECG, the exercise is part of planned works to improve electricity service delivery in the affected areas.
On Monday, August 10, Nyamekye, Mab Hospital, Darkuman and surrounding areas will be affected by the exercise.

Areas to be affected on Tuesday, August 11 include ACP Estate, Aboum, Tabora nos. 3,4,5 &6, Alhaji Trotro station,Tantra Hill, Lartebiorkorshie Methodist and Doblo.

On Wednesday, August 12, Akweteyman, Amasaman and surrounding areas will have their turn.

Lartebiorkorshie Methodist, Yasako press, Adeiso, Maame Dede, Kinshasha, Red Top and other surrounding communities will also have their power go off on Thursday, August 13.

ECG has advised residents and businesses in the listed areas to plan ahead for the temporary interruptions.
