Finance Minister Dr Cassiel Ato Forson has presented the 2026 Mid-Year Budget Statement to Parliament.
The presentation took place on Thursday, July 23, outlining the government’s assessment of the economy’s performance during the first half of the year and its fiscal outlook for the remainder of 2026.
The Mid-Year Budget Review provided updates on key macroeconomic indicators, government revenue and expenditure, debt management, and the implementation of major policy initiatives.
The Finance Minister also outlined measures aimed at sustaining economic growth, maintaining fiscal discipline, and improving the livelihoods of Ghanaians.
