Ghanaian musician Itz Tifanny has opened up about her expectations in relationships, stressing that she will not compromise her standards when it comes to choosing a partner.
Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz, she said she values mutual contribution in relationships rather than dependency.
Tiffany explained that while she is financially independent, she still desires a partner who can provide comfort and allow her to embrace a more relaxed, “soft girl” lifestyle when in a relationship.
“I am not lowering my standards, do you understand? If you like me, come and add to the table. I am not saying come and take care of me because obviously, as you said, he takes care of himself, that is why he looks good. I take care of myself so I look good too,” she said.
She elaborated that she wants a man who can take off the pressure that comes with being a celebrity and love her for the woman she is.
“As a man when you come to this space, to this brand, I want to be a soft girl. I want to be able to relax when I am with my man. If you are not doing nothing, go back,” she added.
Her comments align with the message in her new single Money, which highlights financial responsibility and the importance of men taking good care of their partners.
