The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the successful payment of March 2026 allowances to National Service Personnel across the country.
According to the Authority, the payments were effected on Friday, May 15, 2026, with all eligible personnel advised to check their respective bank accounts for confirmation.
The NSA said the payment covers General Enrolment personnel for the 2025/2026 service year, Nurses for the 2026/2027 service year, continuing nurses under the 2025/2026 cycle, as well as trained teachers undertaking continuing national service.
Management of the Authority expressed appreciation to service personnel for their patience and cooperation during the processing period.
The NSA further disclosed that the Controller and Accountant-General’s Department has indicated that the April 2026 allowance is expected to be released shortly.
It assured personnel that the funds would be disbursed promptly once received.
The Authority reiterated its commitment to ensuring timely and efficient payment of allowances while continuing to work with relevant stakeholders to improve service delivery.
Management also commended National Service Personnel for their dedication and contribution to national development.
