Akosua Serwaa, wife of the late Ghanaian music legend Daddy Lumba, has paid a visit to Ghanaian business mogul and philanthropist Kennedy Agyepong, affectionately known as Kenpong, who is currently receiving treatment at the Schön Klinik in Hamburg, Germany.
Kenpong was flown out of the country to Germany earlier this week following a medical emergency.
Sources indicate that the highly respected businessman had been unwell and, on the advice of doctors in Ghana, opted for world-class medical care in Germany.
Upon learning of Kenpong’s ill health and hospitalisation in Germany, Akosua Serwaa, a longtime friend of the businessman, visited him to check on his condition and offer support.
A video circulating on social media shows Akosua Serwaa and Kenneth Agyepong, son of Kenpong, by his bedside at the hospital.
The visit highlights the very close relationship between Akosua Serwaa and Kenpong, who has remained a pillar of support for her since the passing of music icon Daddy Lumba.
Meanwhile, reports suggest that Kenpong’s health has improved significantly, with expectations that he will make a full recovery in the coming days.
