Veteran Nigerian cleric Chibuzor Gift Chinyere has sparked widespread reactions online after announcing that he is seeking a husband for his adopted daughter under strict conditions.

In a post shared on social media, the founder of Omega Power Ministries said Chiemeka Chibuzor, his 21-year-old daughter living with autism, is ready for marriage, hence his decision to find a suitable partner for her.

Providing clarity on her condition, he noted that she can speak, hear, and is not totally dependent on others.

According to him, the prospective husband must be a young, physically fit man willing to commit to specific terms in order to benefit from what he described as a “juicy offer.”

The reward reportedly includes a lifetime salary, a jointly owned house with the bride, and agreement to regular, unannounced supervision visits by OPM staff to ensure her wellbeing. He also indicated that there would be additional undisclosed benefits.

The announcement has since triggered mixed reactions on social media. While some users have praised the cleric for taking steps to secure the future of a vulnerable individual, others have raised concerns about autonomy, privacy, and the structured oversight attached to the arrangement.

The development has sparked an online debate and continues to trend across platforms.
