The former Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ho, Bosson Divine, has stirred political debate by declaring that all five New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential aspirants ahead of the 2028 elections are more capable leaders than President John Dramani Mahama.

Speaking to Adom News after casting his vote at Ola Senior High School during the ongoing NPP Presidential Primaries, Bosson Divine expressed strong confidence in the party’s leadership bench.

According to him, the NPP is blessed with competent individuals who offer Ghana a better leadership alternative.

He argued that the party’s prospective flagbearer race demonstrates its depth of experience and vision, insisting that any of the five aspirants would outperform the former president if given the opportunity to lead the country again.

He also called for unity among party members and supporters as the primaries continue, urging aspirants and their followers to focus on the bigger picture of national development.

“Our focus should not only be on winning power but on using that mandate to accelerate development and improve the lives of Ghanaians,” he stressed.
