The 2025/26 Ghana Premier League resumes this weekend as Matchday 17 fixtures take centre stage across the country.
The round of matches will be played from Friday, January 2, to Sunday, January 4, with several intriguing encounters lined up.
Action begins on Friday with a Volta Regional derby, as Hohoe United welcome Heart of Lions to the Hohoe Sports Stadium. Kick-off for the encounter is set for 15:30 GMT.
Sunday’s programme features a heavyweight clash at the TNA Park, where Medeama SC host Hearts of Oak in a 15:30 GMT kick-off. At the Swedru Sports Stadium, Swedru All Blacks will take on Asante Kotoko, while Nations FC entertain Karela United at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.
Elsewhere, Dreams FC face Basake Holy Stars at the Tuba Astro Turf, and struggling Eleven Wonders, who sit bottom of the table, will lock horns with defending champions Bibiani GoldStars at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
The Bono derby headlines proceedings at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park, with Bechem United hosting Berekum Chelsea. Aduana FC will also be in action at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park against Vision FC, while FC Samartex welcome Young Apostles to the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
All remaining fixtures are scheduled to kick off at 15:00 GMT.
