An experienced barber has recounted a terrifying experience he had while shaving a 60-year-old man.
Yesu Adom, who has been in the business since 1988, said the incident that happened at Fadama, a suburb in Accra changed his life forever.

Narrating his ordeal on Y’asem Nie, a segment dedicated to the public on Adom FM’s morning show, Dwaso Nsem, Wednesday, he said the old man invited him to his house for a shave.
As usual, with his blade inserted in a comb, the barber said he started shaving from one side of the hair.
However, when he moved to the other side of the head, he realised the hair he had shaved had grown back.
Thinking it might be because the blade is not sharp, he decided to change it but any time he does, the same situation happens.
“I used about four packs of blade and I started sweating profusely. All this while, the man was sitting quietly watching me,” he added.
After about 30 minutes, the barber said the 60-year-old man asked him to stop shaving him because the task is above him.

“The man asked me to stop; thanked me for being a very good man. He said he couldn’t hurt me because I’m pure in heart,” he said.
The barber said he chose the name Yesu Adom to wit [God’s grace] after God saw him through that trial and tribulation.
“After that encounter, I became an ardent Christian and now I’m an evangelist,” he added.
This is not a tale but a real story.
