Fire has engulfed a bus conveying level 300 electrical students of the University Of Energy And Natural Resources (UENR) in Sunyani to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi.
Information gathered by Adom News suggests the journey to Kumasi forms part of a practical trip the students embark on every two weeks.

Even though cause of the fire is unknown, an eye witness in an interview with Adom News said the incident occurred around 8am on Saturday.
“A white bus with the inscription University Of Energy And Natural Resources (UENR) caught fire after reaching a town called Pokukrom on the Sunyani Kumasi road in the Ahafo region but no injuries recorded,” he said.
