Entertainment critic, Prince Tsegah says he does not believe in couples working in the same organization.
Speaking on Joy Prime’s Facebook live show dubbed “The Office”, he said couples working in one organization could hinder productivity.
Mr. Tsegah noted that, some couples could even connive and dupe the organization if they are not paid well.

“Sometimes you need space to operate. Normally when you have your spouse around, you cannot be yourself. Apart from your work stress, you have relationship stress to also deal with simultaneously. If couples work in one workplace, they can steal or connive to dupe your company,” he told host Maame Esi Nyamekye Thompson.

For his part, Human Resource person at Multimedia group, Isaac Awuzah who was for office romance underscored the need for organizations.
