A 38-year-old man has allegedly defiled his 13-year-old stepsister at Kasoa in the Central region.
The victim [name withheld] who was said to be staying at Mankessim was brought to Kasoa to stay with his stepmother by the father.

The suspect, Agyei Simona, a teacher, took advantage of the situation and allegedly defiled the girl on four different occasions.
The report said although the suspect had defiled the victim several times, she was unable to break the news to anyone.
But the victim after suffering another sexual attack on Sunday, September 23, 2018, broke her silence and told her stepmother about what her son has been up to.

The victim who was bleeding at the time was sent to the hospital where it was confirmed that she had been defiled.
The suspect has since been arrested and detained.
