The CEO of KB Empire, a Music Production Record Label, Mr. Kwabena Boateng has lashed out at famous Dancehall Act, Shatta Wale, condemning his style of aggression in which he insults his perceived enemies in his songs.

He further went ahead to compare Shatta Wale to BET award winner Stonebwoy, who he said has a brighter future looking at his professional posture, he told Prince Tsegah, popularly known as Don 1 on Showbiz Fylla hosted by Amanda Jissi on Hitz FM.

The artiste manager popularly known as K.B cited the stint Stonebwoy had with Morgan Heritage and his general reputation as a sign of a bright future.

When quizzed by the Don which of the two dancehall acts he would sign under his record label if he had the opportunity, he said “I will sign on Stonebwoy because he thinks”.

When asked by The Don whether he is implying that Shatta Wale doesn’t think, he said yes.

Don: “are you implying that Stoneboy thinks and Shatta Wale doesn’t think ” he replied

KB: “Yes.”

In defending why he said Shatta Wale doesn’t “think”, he attributed it to the insults in his songs and used the infamous WMT song as an example.

He further said, “it will be easier to work with Stonewoy because he has a clean brand not like Shatta Wale.”

The boss of K.B Empire, a relatively new record label believes that big stars like Stonebwoy and Sarkodie will do better if they are under a proper record label rather than just having their brand labels that isn’t well managed.

KB Empire has artistes like Iyk Wonder and Afiba under his management.
