  1. This Kotoko problem of underperformance is purely managerial not coaching. I’m saying so with evidence base analysis. This current management has employed six (6) coaches and has sacked five(5) of them. If you are a management and you lack the ability to employ to employ a good coach for your club then arguably you are the problem.
    I believe this time round the coach is not performing and per their practices they may sack the coach, Paa Kwesi but it can’t work because enough is enough. You can’t sack six coaches within a year and think you are the best. If the management decide to sack the coach then they must sack themselves first.
