UK based Ghanaian music stars, Reggie and Bollie has indicated their readiness to perform at the 2017 edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).

The 2015 X-Factor runners up said their performance would be part of the means of recognizing the contribution of the organisers, Charter House to Ghana music.

Speaking on Day Break Hitz on Hitz FM, Reggie and Bollie said that they are yet to receive invitation from Charter House.

There had been speculations in the media that the ‘shut up and dance’ hit makers have been billed to perform at this year’s VGMA but they have denied it and said that they have not received any information of that sort from their representatives in Ghana.

“We have not heard from Charter House or anyone. Not from our representative too, but if anything of that sort comes up why not. Charter House has been doing amazing things for Ghana music so why not. But at the moment nothing of that sort has come in here,” a member of the group, Reginald Ainooson popularly known as Reggie disclosed.

He also reiterated their resolve to sign some artistes in Ghana and promote them to the international level.

They however declined to mention names of the artistes they have pencil down.

This according to him will help further promote Ghanaian music on the international stage.
