The Postmaster General, Bice Obour Osei Kuffour, delivered at the doorstep of H.E. Matilda Amissah-Arthur, the former second Lady of the Republic of Ghana.
The Ghana Post Managing Director showed appreciation for her service to motherland Ghana and her loyalty as a customer.
