Head Coach of Asante Kotoko, Coach Steve Pollack remains positive as the team enplanes to Congo on Monday for their CAF Confederation Cup preliminary qualifying round return leg against CARA.
According to him, the team owes the fans a responsibility to deliver.
Asante Kotoko, a fortnight ago, struggled to beat CARA club 1-0 at the Babayara Sports Stadium after a dramatic five penalty thriller but the British trainer says he is not intimidated by the task ahead.
He urged his boys to leave the first leg game behind them as they focus on the task ahead, saying they owed it to the fans to deliver.
The former Berekum Chelsea manager speaking to Asempa FM said his team had been preparing for the return leg after they won 1-0 at home and are guided by a plan they seek to execute in Congo.
History, the out spoken coach believes, is there to guide them, adding that the 18 players he has selected to represent the club have a responsibility to deliver.
