The Member of Parliament for North Tongu and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has announced an agricultural support initiative that will provide free fertilisers, seedlings and other farming services to more than 5,000 farmers in the constituency.
The initiative is aimed at improving local food production and supporting farmers with essential inputs to increase productivity.

In a post on his official social media page, Mr Ablakwa said the intervention follows the recent donation of freezers to women traders at the Juapong Market on July 17.
He explained that the latest support package is focused on assisting farmers across North Tongu with the resources needed to enhance their farming activities.
“Over 5,000 farmers will benefit from this MP’s initiative in my beloved North Tongu this week,” he stated.

The MP reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring that development interventions reach all residents within the constituency, stressing that no constituent would be left behind.
“We shall leave no constituent behind,” Mr Ablakwa added.
