The Savanah Regional Director of the Ghana Education Service (GES) Mabel Judith Micah, is in critical condition after a ghastly accident on the Accra-Kumasi highway.
Accra-based Citi News reports that, the Regional storekeeper, Baba Wusamah, who was travelling with Mrs Micah died on the spot.
The accident occurred on Monday morning between Suhum and Nsawam in the Eastern region.
The duo were said to be on their way to Accra on official duties.
Mrs. Micah had a scheduled meeting with the Director General of the GES, Dr. Eric Nkansah.
Meanwhile, the deceased and colleague storekeepers were also to meet the Education Minister, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum.
