The celebrations have begun for Kobby, the newly crowned winner of Nsoromma Season 8, after he walked away with an impressive package of prizes following his remarkable journey on the music reality show.
Kobby emerged victorious after 13 weeks of auditions, intense performances, public voting and critical assessments from the judges, beating strong competition from the other finalists to claim the coveted title.
As the Season 8 champion, Kobby received a GH¢30,000 cash prize, a special tour package from Kenya to Dubai, products from the show’s sponsors and a certificate of participation.
The young musician was visibly elated after his name was announced as the winner, describing the victory as a dream come true and a reward for the hard work and support he received throughout the competition.
Speaking after his win, Kobby expressed gratitude to everyone who played a role in his journey, especially viewers who voted for him and supported him from the beginning of the competition.
He also thanked the judges for their guidance, encouragement and constructive criticism, which helped him improve week after week throughout the show.
The young champion extended his appreciation to his hometown, Sefwi, for rallying behind him and providing the support that pushed him to victory.
His victory also places him among a growing list of young talents whose careers have been shaped by the popular music reality show, which continues to provide a platform for discovering and nurturing Ghana’s next generation of musicians.
