Contestants Selorm The Wonder, Ghana Besiaba and Mighty emerged as major winners during Week 7 of Nsoromma Season 8.
Selorm The Wonder won the Best Costume award, while Ghana Besiaba was named Best Performer of the night. Mighty also took home the Viewers’ Choice Award after impressing audiences with his performance.
The contestants thrilled patrons with renditions of classic Ghanaian highlife songs during the competition.
Kobby performed “Obiara Bewu” by Rex Gyamfi, while Mel Rhymez delivered “Prempremsiwa” by George Darko.
Iron Girl also performed “Obi Abayiwa” by George Darko, with Safowaa performing “Akosombo Nkanea” by Obibini Takyi.
Mighty earned applause with his rendition of “Abeiku” by Nana Tuffour.
Ghana Besiaba performed “Obae” by Pat Thomas, while Ohemaa Doris sang “Menenam Mu” by Thomas Frimpong and Eric Agyemang.
Selorm The Wonder impressed judges and audiences with “Ahenfo Kyiniye” by Daddy Lumba and Pat Thomas.
Soft Lyf also performed “Odo Nye Mera” by Thomas Frimpong.
The competition continues to showcase young musical talents through performances of Ghanaian classic songs and stagecraft.
