Sex isn’t an athletic endeavor. Being fit enough to maintain difficult positions and to thrust harder doesn’t make a man great at sex.

Taking your time and pleasing your partner are more important. Think in terms of adoring your partner, her body and everything that makes her who she is. Look in her eyes, while you’re naked and holding her, and ask what she’d like you to do. Tell her what you’d like to do and ask if she’d like that. I can almost guarantee she’ll be happy.

Absolutely not; one thing does not have anything to do with the other.
No being or doing other than sex has any bearing on sex.
What makes you great at sex is how well your partners are pleased by whatever you do.

Nope.
Being huge and bulky with muscle is, if anything, a detriment to sexual performance. Especially if the gym freak is liberal with the steroids and supplements.
You want to know who are great at sex? Dancers. Great sense of rhythm, and lithe muscles that don’t get in the way or make it difficult for a partner to cling to you.

Muscles has nothing to do with being good or not at sex. However, if there is a hot fit muscular guy with a kinky and creative mind and good sense of humor like you, don’t let him run away. Entice him with some whey protein powder and lead him straight into any private place. Beds not necessary.

You cannot make generalizations or stereotypes about anyone or any category as there are numerous counter examples. That being said, men (and women) that work out tend to be more sexually satisfying because they can thrust harder, last longer, and have an athletic ability that unfit people do not have. So I would say that a muscular and athletic person has a better chance of being great at sex.

I’ve been with super-fit muscular guys and with “average joes”. There is essentially no difference in the bedroom. I think it all comes down to sexual compatibility, comfort, experience and willingness to take risks/have fun. Body is an attraction factor, sure. But once you’re already in the bedroom, it doesn’t seem to make a difference

I’d say more sex appeal I guess. Plus being able to hold certain positions longer and doing certain things longer without your muscles aching or getting tired. There’s three things right off the bat that Ik are more difficult without exercising, and I’d say two of those are DEFINITELY important. The forearms and glutes. Trust me, exercising those will make a world of difference for her.

Average is okay but exercising can also help in the love-making department and here, www.menhealth.com gives us some tips on how exercising improves the sex life.
Exercise makes you last longer
Face the facts: she’s going to tell her friends how it was, so you can expect some, shall we say, friendly looks when you next see them. Why? You can easily stretch out a session to an hour thanks to the stamina built up from intense gym work. Just one 20-minute session will spike the endurance you need to go again and again (and again).
2.Exercise makes you more attractive
We know. It’s obvious, right? And the scientists back it up too. For instance, one study in the Social Psychological & Personality Science showed women find men with less facial fat more attractive and another study from the University of California found women overwhelming prefer built and toned guys. Turns out you were right to doubt the dadbod fad.
3. Exercise prevents erectile dysfunction
Sure, those guys who regularly go to yoga classes are known for great posture, but it’s the classic gym-goer who can really stand to attention when it really counts. A study published in the Public Library of Science showed that the more you exercise, the better your circulation and the harder your erections. In fact, you’re 30% less likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction than the normal man, according to research from Harvard University. You’re not just great at lifting weights, you know.
Exercise gives you more confidence
Put simply: she’ll enjoy sex more with a guy who’s more self-assured in the bedroom, as shown by the University of Rochester study that found women considered confidence the sexiest trait in men. And here’s the good news: you’re filled with it. In fact, visiting the gym twice a week will give you confidence way above the average Joe, according to another study from Webster University.
