The “Highest” rapper, Sarkodie says he sometimes forget his lyrics when performing on stage.
According to him, it’s not easy to remember all the lyric he writes unless they become “hit songs”.
Speaking on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM on Wednesday,Sarkodie said: “I always forget lyrics to my songs. So, the ones that are hits, I always remember so I can’t miss it and the fans know it. If I hear it back to back it’s easier to perform.

When told forgetting lyrics might affect his stage performance,Sarkodie explained that: “You might not see it. You don’t have to think whiles performing. That’s the worst thing you can do as an artiste because you will lose yourself.”

Sarkodie is currently promoting his annual Rapperholic concert slated for December 25 at the Accra International Conference Centre.
